001- 2825 Elmwood Unlimited Wash Club Cancellation Form

In order to cancel your Unlimited Wash Club membership, please complete all of the required information below. Submitting the as much of the requested information helps us locate and complete the cancellation request as quickly as possible.
Refunds can not be given for partial periods.
Cancellation requests are processed Monday thru Thursday 8am to 4pm and can take 24-48 hours to complete.
Requests submitted within 48 hours of a customer's scheduled monthly charge may not be able to stop the monthly charge from processing. In the event that this situation occurs, we will do our best to correct this for the customer.
