    I acknowledge that the information I have entered on this application is true and complete. I understand
    that any statements or omissions on this application shall be sufficient cause for dismissal.

    I understand that all facilities are monitored with video surveillance equipment and that I will be recorded
    while on this property. I hereby give Racer Classic Investments, LLC authorization to use any such 
    recordings during my performance reviews, training and incident investigation. 

    I understand that Racer Classic Investments, LLC is a drug free environment and that I will be required to 
    pass a drug urine test at random or upon any accident/incident.

    I understand that Racer Classic Investments, LLC reports all new hires to the State and is required to 
    withhold Child Support if applicable.

    forms of compensation from customers.  All tip money is to be turned in to Management.
