TRUCK BED POLICY |

In order to have a safe wash experience for all of our customers, we cannot accept trucks with loose items, debris or grease in the bed. Unfortunately, items in truck beds can become airborne or get caught up in the wash cloth. This might only happen occasionally — and may never happen to the items in your truck bed — but it does happen. When it does, the customer behind you may not appreciate your new ice chest or that chili pot that landed on their hood. Grease, debris and even fishing lures have been known to “migrate” to the wash cloth and can then damage the paint on other vehicles. So please, all truck beds must be free of loose objects, debris and grease.

MUDDY VEHICLE POLICYIn order for us to maintain a consistent wash time and process for all of our customers, we can not accept muddy vehicles. We will not risk sending a vehicle with mud through the wash as this may create a hazard for your vehicle and the vehicles behind you. We don’t mind removing a little mud. Mud is hard to avoid. However, we do not want to force our other customers to have longer wait times while we have to remove mud from a vehicle. So please, all mud must be removed prior to entering the wash.

WEATHER POLICYWe always prefer to be open and able to wash your car. However, please understand that we may be closed if it is freezing, if rain or snow is falling, if the streets are wet, or if the forecast looks bleak. As soon as it clears up we will re-open!
