How we collect, use, and protect the information you share with All American Car Wash.

Introduction

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Racer Classic Investments, LLC, doing business as All American Car Wash (“All American,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you have any questions or concerns about this privacy notice or our practices with regard to your personal information, please contact us at customerservice@allamericancarwash.biz.

This privacy notice describes how we might use your information if you visit our website at allamericancarwash.com, or engage with us in other related ways — including any sales, marketing, or events.

The purpose of this privacy notice is to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. If there are any terms in this privacy notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

1. What information do we collect?

Personal information you disclose to us — in short: we collect personal information that you provide to us. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the website. It may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, contact preferences, contact or authentication data, billing addresses, debit/credit card numbers, and other similar information.

Payment data — we may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by our payment processor; you may find their privacy notice on their website.

Information automatically collected — some information, such as your IP address and/or browser and device characteristics, is collected automatically when you visit our website. This may include device data (IP address, device and application identifiers, browser type, hardware model, ISP, operating system) and location data (precise or imprecise location based on your device settings).

2. How do we use your information?

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. Specifically, we use the information we collect or receive to:

  • Fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges.
  • Administer prize draws and competitions you elect to participate in.
  • Deliver and facilitate delivery of services to you.
  • Respond to your inquiries and offer support.
  • Send you marketing and promotional communications in line with your preferences.
  • Deliver targeted advertising tailored to your interests and/or location.

3. Will your information be shared with anyone?

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We may process or share your data based on consent, legitimate interests, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or vital interests.

We may need to process or share your data in connection with business transfers (mergers, sales, financing, acquisitions) and with certain Google Maps Platform APIs we use to power location features.

4. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. Specific information about how we use such technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Notice.

5. How long do we keep your information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than two years.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

6. How do we keep your information safe?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. What are your privacy rights?

In some regions (like the EEA and UK), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws — including the right to request access to and obtain a copy of your personal information, to request rectification or erasure, to restrict the processing of your personal information, and to data portability. In certain circumstances you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information.

If you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information — see Section 9 below.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at customerservice@allamericancarwash.biz.

8. Controls for do-not-track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

9. Do California residents have specific privacy rights?

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (also known as the “Shine the Light” law) permits California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.

Racer Classic Investments, LLC has not disclosed or sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding 12 months, and will not sell personal information belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers in the future.

California residents have the right to request deletion of their personal information, to be informed of what categories of personal information we collect and how we use it, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

10. Do we make updates to this notice?

Yes — we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice or by directly sending you a notification.
